They are super helpful and easy to work with. The listen to what you want, respect your budget, and get you in and out efficiently without rushing or eating your time. The results I had from balancing a few different things including sculptra were incredibly natural looking yet made me feel youthful and vibrant. See the difference! Def recommend.

Annie has horrible bedside manners and is very arrogant. During first visit, she suggested: Prx peel (5x), Botox, lip filler, milia removal. I told her I'm interested. Then she quickly moved me out of the room and to the front desk. Annie said I had to pay total balance of $3150 upfront to book next appt. I told her I didn't bring enough money and she asked how much do you have on you. I said $400. She took it, quickly counted it and said to bring the rest to next appt and left me with her receptionist. I stood there confused like WTF just happened. I had no time to think or ask questions and she had me empty my wallet. I have never been to a med spa before and I didn't know what to expect. I felt like I was dealing with a used car salesman under high pressure. The receptionist said she would email receipt and I never got it. A few days before my next appt, I called Annie and said I don't feel good about you injecting multiple different products on the same visit. As I've mentioned at the consultation, I get adverse reactions and how would you know what product caused the reaction? Very annoyed Annie said it would be obvious because it would be at the site of the injections. She said this in a very condescending tone like I'm an idiot for asking such a dumb question. The chemical peel is all over my face which is also at the site of all the injections so her statement is totally false. I told her I wouldn't just have reactions at the site, I've had autoimmune response that has sent me to the ER before. Again, Annie was visibly annoyed, showed no concerned and reluctantly said "fine, you can schedule your filler and tox on a different day from the peel." When I came for the peel appt, I told Annie I didn't feel comfortable giving her $2700 and she looked pissed. I told her if I have a reaction to the peel, and can't do the remaining 4 treatments will I get my money back and she said no refunds, you receive credit. As a result, I told her it doesn't make sense for me to give you $2700. Once again she ignored my concerned about my medical history and just wanted to talk about money. Annie said I gave you the price I did because it was a part of a "package." Um ok. I never asked for a package deal nor for a discount. I told her the $400 I already gave you covers one peel treatment so why not just let me receive the treatment today to see if I have a reaction or not. Why do I have to give you $2700? Looking ever so pissed, Annie said you can have the peel today but I need to give her $200 for the peel aftercare lotion which would have been free if I gave her the $2700. WTF.... So, I gave her employee $200. They handed me the aftercare lotion. Once again no receipt and no instructions on how to use it. I asked for receipt and she sounded surprised and reluctantly printed it. When I reviewed the receipt they credited me $350 instead of $400 and shorted me $50. Maybe this is why they didn't give me a receipt the first time. It is clear Annie only cares about money. I reiterated my medical history on three separate occasions and she did not care about my health and safety. It is reckless and negligent for Annie to expose my body to numerous different synthetic products simultaneously considering someone with my medical history. I shouldn't have had to fight so hard to space out my procedures but that means Annie would make less money per visit. Annie is very intimidating. Don't you dare tell her no or disagree with her and you better have her money. I don't get how she got all these positive reviews.

I came to Annie for lip filler and absolutely LOVE my results! She took the time to analyze my face and lips and tailored the treatment to create the perfect balance. Love how natural and full they came out, its exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend!!

I just want to update now that my skin is in a perfect place, I couldn't be happier. I always thought my skin was beyond help, but it's so nice to feel happy when I see myself in the mirror. Balance Lab Aesthetics saved my skin and my confidence and I just can't recommend it enough.

I recently had the Signature Balancing Facial at Balance Lab Aesthetics with Alexis, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. I upgraded to the Aqua Peel, and it felt like a Korean-style hydrafacial but much gentler and deeply hydrating. My pores felt incredibly clean without any discomfort. The extractions were not painful at all, and the lymphatic drainage massage was honestly one of the best I've ever had. You can really tell the treatment is done with care and intention. I found Annie and her team via yelp when I was looking for a place that can help with my acne-prone skin. At first I was a little bit skeptical, because I had been to dermatologists and med-spas where they tried many approaches with me but to no avail. However, I have been going routinely now to see Annie and Alexis to help with my skin, and I have never been happier with the results. On top of the skincare, I also tried Annie's weight loss program with GLP-1 medication, it works wonderfully! I have lost almost 10lbs within a month, which is a miracle!!

The med spa I had been visiting for Botox treatment had a limited selection of Botox options, both which no longer worked for me. I had been on the hunt for a new med spa location close to home with consistent patient reviews as well as beautiful, natural patient results. I reached out to Balance Labs on yelp about the issue I was having and if they had any alternatives. They responded promptly and were able to see me the same day. They have a promotion on yelp if you call and book an appointment you can receive $50 off, I wish I would have see this . Any who I went in and met with Annie and she recommended Daxxify. It's day 3 and I am already seeing the results. The injection process was very comfortable, her experience is evident. I was hesitant to inquire about lip filler because it's something my husband is opposed to and in all honesty large lips do not compliment my face. With age I have lost my natural lip volume especially on my top lip. Annie reassured me she would be able to give me a very natural result, and that she did! I went home and my husband didn't even notice!! And I am so happy with the result, very natural but refreshed! I am so pleased with Balanced Labs, and grateful .
