Balance Lab Aesthetics
Glassifier by IDENEL
Refine, brighten, and rejuvenate your skin—without conventional needles.
At Balance Lab Aesthetics, we believe beautiful skin begins with improving its overall quality—not simply covering surface concerns.
Glassifier by IDENEL is a professional, needle-free and blood-free skin-rejuvenation treatment designed to improve the appearance of texture, pores, uneven tone, fine lines, and loss of elasticity.
Unlike a traditional facial that mainly applies skincare to the surface, Glassifier uses microscopic sponge-derived spicules and IDENEL’s patented ALTUM® technology to help deliver regenerative ingredients beyond the outermost skin barrier. The treatment is considered micro-invasive, but it does not use conventional metal needles or injections.
Glassifier may be incorporated into a customized treatment plan for concerns such as:
- Dull or tired-looking skin
- Rough or uneven skin texture
- The appearance of enlarged pores
- Fine lines and early signs of aging
- Loss of firmness or elasticity
- Uneven-looking skin tone
- Post-inflammatory discoloration
- Visible post-acne texture
- Dehydrated or compromised-looking skin
- Clients seeking a luminous “glass skin” appearance
Glassifier is an aesthetic skin-quality treatment. It is not intended to diagnose or cure acne, melasma, or another medical skin condition. A consultation allows us to determine whether this treatment is appropriate for your skin and goals.
The Science Behind Glassifier
Glassifier is powered by PEPTAXEL™, the first professional Glassifier treatment within IDENEL’s product line.
At the center of PEPTAXEL is ALTUM® Peptide technology—a system that combines standardized microscopic spicules, a proprietary linker, and GHK peptide.
The spicules help the formula move beyond the stratum corneum and into targeted epidermal layers. Once positioned within the skin, naturally present biomarkers help release the bonded peptide from its carrier. This controlled-delivery approach is designed to support skin renewal and collagen-related activity.
Targeted Ingredient Delivery
Traditional topical products may have difficulty moving certain active ingredients beyond the skin’s outer barrier.
ALTUM® technology chemically links selected peptides to microscopic spicules instead of simply mixing or coating the ingredients onto them. This helps keep the active and its carrier together during penetration before the peptide is released within the targeted area.
Skin Renewal and Collagen Support
GHK peptide is used within the ALTUM® system to support the skin’s regenerative environment.
Laboratory research using artificial human skin and human fibroblasts found that ALTUM enhanced delivery of GHK compared with a simple spicule-and-peptide mixture and was associated with increased type I collagen expression. These findings explain the proposed mechanism, although individual clinical results will vary.
Customized Skin-Quality Support
PEPTAXEL can be customized using different professional powders and concentrates selected according to the client’s skin condition.
This allows your provider to focus on concerns such as visible pores, texture, firmness, clarity, discoloration, and post-inflammatory changes rather than giving every client an identical facial.
A Different Approach to Professional Skin Renewal
Glassifier combines needle-free application with a bio-responsive peptide-delivery system and customizable professional protocols.
Bio-Responsive Delivery
The ALTUM® linker is designed to keep GHK peptide attached to its spicule carrier during delivery and then release it in response to the skin’s biological environment.
No Conventional Needles
Glassifier does not use a microneedling pen, injectable needle, or energy-based device. Microscopic spicules are applied manually as part of the professional treatment.
Blood-Free Treatment
Because conventional needles do not puncture the dermis, bleeding is not expected during a properly performed Glassifier treatment.
Low-Downtime Approach
Glassifier is designed to create less procedural trauma than many traditional needling treatments. Temporary redness, warmth, sensitivity, prickling, tightness, dryness, roughness, itching, or light flaking may still occur.
Personalized Protocols
Different PEPTAXEL combinations allow the treatment to be adapted to several common aesthetic skin concerns.

Before & After Gallery
At Balance Lab Aesthetics, we celebrate each person’s unique beauty and aim to boost confidence and radiance. Using the latest techniques in beauty and aesthetics, we ensure that our clients receive exceptional results and feel valued. Our clients love us for our commitment to helping them look and feel fabulous.
Glassifier is a professional skin-rejuvenation category developed by IDENEL. It uses ALTUM® technology and microscopic sponge-derived spicules to help deliver selected regenerative ingredients beyond the skin’s outer barrier without injectable needles or bleeding.
No.
Traditional microneedling uses a device containing metal needles to create controlled punctures in the skin. Glassifier uses microscopic sponge-derived spicules that are manually applied with a professional formula.
Both approaches interact with the skin barrier, but their materials, application techniques, delivery mechanisms, treatment depths, and post-treatment experiences are different.
Glassifier should not be advertised as producing results identical to microneedling for every client.
Glassifier does not use injections or conventional needles, but the manufacturer describes it as micro-invasive because the microscopic spicules move beyond the outermost skin barrier.
“Needle-free and blood-free” is therefore more accurate than calling the treatment completely non-invasive.
Spicules are microscopic, needle-shaped structures derived from the skeletal framework of freshwater sponges. IDENEL states that ALTUM® spicules are primarily composed of silica or calcium carbonate and are standardized at approximately 150–250 micrometers.
GHK is a naturally occurring tripeptide associated with tissue signaling and skin-repair processes. In ALTUM® technology, GHK is bonded to the spicule carrier and released after the system reaches the targeted skin environment.
Glassifier does not normally feel like injections or conventional microneedling.
Most clients should expect some tingling, warmth, pressure, or prickling while the formula is massaged into the skin. The skin may remain sensitive or prickly to the touch for a short period afterward.
Comfort varies according to skin sensitivity, treatment intensity, and the selected protocol.
Glassifier is designed as a low-downtime treatment, but temporary skin reactions are possible.
Redness, warmth, dryness, tightness, rough texture, itching, sensitivity, or mild flaking may last for several days. Makeup, intense exercise, heat exposure, swimming, exfoliation, and active skincare may need to be avoided temporarily.
Schedule the treatment several days before an important event until you understand how your skin typically responds.
Some clients may notice an early improvement in radiance, smoothness, or hydration after the initial recovery period.
Changes involving texture, firmness, pores, and overall skin quality generally develop gradually as the skin completes its renewal and remodeling response.
Results vary, and no specific outcome can be guaranteed.
The recommended number and frequency depend on your skin condition, sensitivity, treatment goals, and response.
Some clients choose a treatment series followed by periodic maintenance, while others may benefit from a single treatment before an event.
Your provider will recommend a schedule based on the protocol supplied by IDENEL and your individual skin assessment.
IDENEL describes Glassifier as suitable for multiple skin types and tones. However, being generally suitable for diverse skin does not mean that every person is an appropriate candidate.
Treatment may need to be postponed or modified when the skin is actively infected, injured, severely irritated, sunburned, or recovering from another procedure.
Glassifier includes professional protocols intended for concern-prone skin, visible pores, post-acne texture, and post-inflammatory discoloration.
However, severe, cystic, infected, or medically managed acne should be evaluated appropriately. Glassifier is not presented as a replacement for prescription acne treatment or dermatologic care.
Glassifier is designed to fit into combination treatment plans, but proper sequencing is important.
Lasers, chemical peels, microneedling, injectables, waxing, dermaplaning, and other procedures may temporarily alter skin sensitivity or barrier function. Always disclose recent and upcoming treatments so your provider can determine safe timing.
A consultation is required before treatment.
Tell your provider if you:
