Annie is a dedicated and results-driven aesthetic expert with a passion for empowering individuals to reveal their natural beauty. With a robust background in emergency medicine and a Master of Science in Nursing degree from Azusa Pacific University (2018), Annie brings a distinctive approach to aesthetic medicine.
Expertise & Qualifications:
8 years of experience in aesthetics. Expertise in injectables, regenerative medicine, hormonal balancing, and functional medicine. Currently pursuing functional medicine certification to further enhance her skills. She treats aging at the root by optimizing the gut, balancing hormones, and elevating the skin with results-driven treatments. Annie is also a Merz Advanced Ultherapy Trainer, sharing her knowledge and expertise with other professionals in the field.

With 4 years of experience in esthetics, Alexis brings both passion and attention to detail with her treatments. Her journey in esthetics began with her own personal struggles with Acne which inspired her to peruse this career. With a background in both Spa and Medical Aesthetics, Alexis specializes in Acne, Lymphatic massage techniques customizing treatments to client needs. She is known for her warm approach, relaxing and result driven experience.

Shelby is a graduate of USC and began her career in the creative field, but was drawn to the world of aesthetics after navigating her own challenges with hormonal and gut-related skin issues. This personal journey sparked a deep interest in the connection between internal health and skin, ultimately leading her to pursue a career in the aesthetics industry.
She’s passionate about creating a supportive and seamless experience for every client and is thrilled to be part of a team that shares her belief that aesthetic medicine and functional wellness go hand in hand. Shelby is currently returning to school to further her education in the aesthetics field and is excited to grow alongside the team at Balance Lab.
